COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — The Wells Fargo Foundation is donating $20,000 dollars to the Mental Illness Recovery Center, Inc. to help provide housing for homeless individuals who are experiencing or at risk of mental illness.

The Mental Illness Recovery Center, Inc. or MIRCI helps provide permanent housing to adults, unaccompanied youth, and families through Supportive Permanent Housing and HomeBase programs.

MIRCI's Executive Director Julie Ann Avin says they are grateful to have the support of the Wells Fargo Foundation.
